Meet Leny Oosterhoff.
Hi Leny, who are you and where are you from?
Born and raised in Friesland, but have lived in Amsterdam longer than I have lived in Friesland. I have a history in marketing and communication and from that perspective I have been able to run very big events. I also love connecting and creating movement and this is what I will love to do with Around020 Events. I will create new things and become the event mayor of Amsterdam.
3. What do you like most in Amsterdam?
In Amsterdam I never go to the same places; I like to discover as much as possible. Even though I live there for a long time, there is always something to discover. I prefer being by the water in Amsterdam like the canals or the IJ, and the better I look the more I discover again. In Amsterdam I never get bored myself.

2. Around020 Events, a new adventure.
What are you most looking forward to?
I'm really looking forward to getting to know all the people we work with so we can really work on co-creations. I also think it's great when we've put on an event that has really created a wow effect with the client.
4. Which trend in the event industry do you think is the coolest?
I think the most important thing at events is to have a good atmosphere. For all guests, it should be an enjoyable event where their needs and desires are taken into account. Furthermore, in terms of trends, I am very curious to see what the use of AI will do at events.
